For Chad and Cindy, joining Next Day Access was deeply personal. Like many families, they have seen firsthand how mobility challenges can affect loved ones recovering from surgery, aging in place, or living with a disability. Those experiences inspired them to build a business centered on helping people navigate those challenges with practical, personalized solutions.
“We have seen firsthand the importance of helping loved ones maintain their independence and quality of life as they age,” Chad and Cindy said. “That is one of the reasons we were drawn to Next Day Access. It gives us the opportunity to help seniors age in place safely and comfortably in their own homes while also supporting individuals with disabilities through mobility and accessibility solutions that make everyday life easier and more independent.”
Service has long played an important role in both Chad and Cindy’s lives. Chad is a retired U.S. Army officer, and Cindy is a U.S. Navy veteran. Their journey to Northwest Arkansas began when Chad was assigned to teach Army ROTC at the University of Arkansas. What began as a temporary assignment quickly became home as the couple developed a strong connection to the people, the Ozarks, and the surrounding community.
After Chad retired from the military, the couple chose to remain in Fayetteville and raise their two sons in the community they had come to love. Today, they are bringing their combined military, professional, and personal experiences to Next Day Access Northwest Arkansas.
“As veterans, we share a strong commitment to serving our community,” the couple said. “Our military experience taught us to embrace new challenges, think strategically, and find effective solutions when they are needed most. We are excited to bring that same dedication, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to service to the work we do here in Northwest Arkansas.”
Chad’s military and corporate leadership experience, combined with Cindy’s background as an ESL teacher and mystery author, has shaped the approach they bring to the business. Listening carefully, treating people with respect, and developing lasting relationships are central to how they plan to serve customers and families throughout the region.
